I got coolant in the upper intake while servicing the spider injector

I was in the process of changing my fuel pressure regulator so I was removing the intake manifold to get to the fuel spider and I was having a hard time getting the manifold cover free so I decided to remove the thermostat housing to make it a little easier so I removed it and I was able to get the manifold off but in the process of doing this some of the coolant went into the intake and I think may have gotten into the holes that the spider injectors plug into. I thought I cleaned it all up good so I put the pressure regulator on and hooked the spider back up and put everything back together. When I started my truck it had a hard time starting but eventually it started up and ran very rough and it smoked white out of the exhaust and whenever I try to accelerate the engine bogs down and misfires and acts like its going to die. Is it necessary for me to take the intake manifold back off or would some type of fuel injector cleaner help get rid of the small amount of coolant that is in the spider injector holes.
