I came across this PPE Xcelerator while cleaning out the garage, I dont know whether to throw away or sell it. My main concern is how can I find out if it has been paired to a truck or if it is unlocked?

So I cant find out by plugging it into any OBD2 port on a GM or plugging it into my laptop?
