I have an 03 Tahoe z71 with an np246 transfer case and when I put it in 4wd it makes the front differential seem like it has a higher gear ratio than the rear. Both front and rear have 3.73 gears . Has this happened to anyone else? What do you think the problem is and would I be better off rebuilding it or putting in a new one?

I just put a new front differential in. It is something in the tcase but I don't know what. Both front and rear ring gears have 41 teeth and both pinion gears have 11 teeth. All are new.
