I am going to replace front Rotors, Plugs, Air Filter and the other usuall new car maintenence.  My friend said that the plugs come out easy but to put them back in is next to impossible.  Is this true or are they easy?  It looks easy but he says that the metal flashing around them closes up as you take them out.  Also For the breaks.  I am pretty good with breaks so I am not worried but I wanted to know how easy or hard it is to change the rotors.  Do they just pull off of the hub or are they part of the drive train?  Thanks.  If you have any more tips please share.  Oh it is for a 99 tahoe.
