Need rear quarter panel painted

I rubbed a column here at work this morning on my truck and need the rear passenger quarter panel of my truck be repainted and a small dent taken out.

 

Anyone got ideas on what that might cost? I'm debating whether or not I want to file an insurance claim or not depending on the cost of repair.

 

Its the Ruby Red color

Its hard to say, and somebody knows what they are looking at would have to see it, to really determine the extent of the denting and the scrapping. Typically you can get a front quarter or door fixed and repainted for around 500 bucks, thus not making it an insurance claim. For the rear quarter your going to have a little more work than a door. My guess is your probably going to be up around 7-800 bucks or so to have it repainted with little body work involved.

 

best bet is to go in get some quotes and dont mention insurance until you get a quote.
