2015 Suburban won't level

Anyone else experience auto load levelers not working? My 1400 mile Suburban has been in the shop for 3 weeks with no luck fixing the issue. GM has supposed to sent engineers but haven't seen anyone yet. Just wondered if anyone else has noticed or towed any trailer with at least 500 lb of tongue weight that the vehicle did level properly.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
