power steering issue on 06 silverado 1500 5.3 4x4

Hi

I have an 06 silverado that I'm having power steering issues with..

replace the power steering pump last year and high pressure hose as well. Then a new hose again this year. My question is.. why am I not able to steer while parked??

Most likely you have a reman pump? The pumps got low fluid or its going out again. Maybe its the gearbox. First check the fluid

You have hydroboost so your power steering controls your master cylinder. You should get this looked at
