Don't need key to start

I have a 92 Chevy Silverado and I dony need a key to start it, i can just twist the ignition and it'll start without the key. What needs to be replaced to fix this and how do I do it?

Ignition cylinder I'd presume!

they are like $20. pop the cover off of the steering wheel and you may or may have to remove the screws holding the blinker assembly in then remove the one screw holding the cylinder lock in place pop the new one in and your good to go.
