Transfer case wont shift! HELP

hello everyone hope you can help, i have a 04 silverado 5.3 4L60E NP261(manual floor shift) tcase, i recently bought this truck with a bad transmission, so i bought a trans and installed it along with my old tcase, my issue is my tcase will shift from 2wd to 4 hi just fine however i can not shift to neuteral or 4low, another thing is my speedo is not working, any ideas? ive climbed around it 20 times to make sure everything is plugged in and it is from what i can see. any ideas would help a lot thanks.

Shifting tcase to low is done with transmission in NEUTRALand slightly moving ,

 

You did nothing wrong hooking up the linkage unless you're a dumbass , lol

 

Speedo is something you did and if I may say ......use a light and get back under her skirt one more time !! Lol it's electrical ,

 

Doing that job is for hoist for a reason folks

i talked to the previous owner and he told me that the speedo didnt work before either so i guess that answers that question about the speedo

Those manual shifts are kind of tricky for 4wd low. Be slightly moving in neutral (transmission), like 3 mph or so.
