Installing I-1000

My new DiabloSport inTune I-1000 Tuner will be coming in next week. I have the Airaid Modular Intake Tube

2015 GMC Sierra (1500, 5.3L V8) Part #: 200-985 installed on the truck now.

My question is:

when installing I-1000, Do I install as using CAI?

The Airaid is just the tube with stock filter and stock box

There is no canned CAI tunes for the new GM trucks. Just choose the tune for the gas you use. I also was under the impression that there is a CAI tune, but it must be for other vehicles. Make sure you plug it in to a computer and install the latest updates.

 

I'm currently running

 

-87 tune

-Torque management disabled

-Hard shift TCM

-+10 shift pressure 1-2,2-3

-+5 shift pressure 3-4

-Shift rev limiter at 5800 for 1-2,2-3

-Shift rev limiter at 5700 for 3-4

-corrected tire size(305/45r22)
