2015 ltz nav-weather

2015 ltz on the weather forcast will not show the temp. In no part on the weather app. The time location everthing works. But no temp. Except for the one that is part of the truck. Have to dealer twice. First time was told it needed a update. Waited from july 2014 to march 2015. Dealer gave me the truck back. But it still doesnt work. Does anyone have any ideas or have run into this. Surly im not the only one
