Rear bumper replacement

I have a 2014 silverado LT. I was wondering if there is a way to replace my bumper to the one with the park assist. I know if it is possible I will have to replace the front controls to turn it on and off.

I am pretty sure the park assist option is controlled thru the BCM, so it will not be a hardware change. It would require programming of the BCM which GM does not allow via the dealers.
