blower fan for heating/cooling not makin the trip

Has anyone had any trouble with the fan for the int., I have a 2001 1500 Silverado, and the fan works, it just does not blow out as hard as it needs to. A friend of mine told me that since the intake for the h/c system is behind the glove box, napkins sometimes get sucked down in there and you have to drop the blower to get them out, has anyone else had that problem and how do you drop the blower down? Thanks for any help on this issue.

  37's are within 10% of stock. The 10 speed has a really low 1st gear. Neither engine will really struggle. There is only one device currently that can trick the computer to correct for tire size, there are no programmers that work on the global B trucks that I am aware of, so programming the transmission shift points for re-gearing isn't possible at this time that is why there are no parts available for it.

  18-NA-125 is the document from the OEM, GM, and yet; and although they give a full and detailed discussion of the inputs and outputs your conclusion is ? Am I reading that right? They gave you the answer and your response is , I'm trusting it anyway? Have you ever heard me say, "I don't do irrational"?

  "Pre existing lifter damage" What exactly do you mean by that? You should be asking for service records. Any warranty work performed as odds are if a truck has had a lifter or lifters and camshaft replaced that is a 2022.5+up, it was likely done under warranty. These DI engines have normal ticking noises such as the fuel injectors and high pressure fuel pump, so some noises will definitely be normal. A lifter that isn't pumping hydraulically all the way will stand out as it will be an intermittent tick, not a steady one. So like "tick_______tick tick_____tick_________tick tick tick___tick____tick_" It will most likely go away too about 5-7 minutes of run time. That truck would need a lifter or lifters but not because of the deactivation lock pin failing, but because its not building oil pressure to it right away. A collapsed lifter will be very obvious. It will be snapping or popping out the intake.
