Tire and suspension upgrade questions

After having read what feels like thousands of posts over several hours, I think I have finally figured out the right solution for my needs.

I apologize in advance if these topics were covered elsewhere, but didn't see the answers to my specfic questions...

I would like to upgrade the impotent Wrangler SRAs to something that provides better performance and fills out the wheel wells better, but dont want to crush my MPG as I do approximately 50 miles per day.

* I am considering either the FIrestone Destination AT or the Hankook ATM RF-10, in P265/70 R18. Both seem to have pretty good reviews, but curious as to others feedback, especially in snow/winter driving.

* I would like to upgrade to Bilstein 5100s all around, with the adjustables up front set at max setting. Based on my research, P265/70 R18 (at 32.6') should fit. My issue however is that these are on backorder, and I would like to get new tires installed before the Bilsteins come in. Will the P265/70 R18 fit without a front lift? Based on what Ive read, I think they should, would appreciate any feedback.

* I need to modify the tune for the slightly larger tires (32.6" vs. 31.5"). I am looking at the diablo product line. The T-2 is $399 and the T-1000 is $600. Is the difference in performance/convenience worth the extra $200?

* Other than a front end alignment, the tune mod, and potentially a headlight adjustment, are there any other adjustments required? I seem to recall a thread where someone stated that the yaw sensor would potentially need to be adjusted?
