I have kings on my 2wd lt... Ride is the same as stock if not a little smoother, plus it levels the truck and handles 10x better on access roads

So I have heard not to combine leveling kits and bilstein 5100s just curious what if you just kept the 5100 on the lowest setting. Would it still be a problem? I have a modest level on mine of 1.5" I wouldn't mind another 1" or so to bring it perfectly level, and if I could dump the crappy ranchos in the process I feel like I could kill two birds with one stone????

Stop joking around with bilsteins and ranchos and cognitos, get a bajakits midtravel kit with kings. Problem solved

Well, I'm looking for increasing wheel travel but I want the stock appearance too.

If I ordered this can I just let it on 285/70R17? and I do no cutting, no welding, no increasing fenders coverage and no removing front bumper or cutting it?

I believe I can have both of them, the stock appearance and the best suspension system!

just get a set of camburg/mazzulla/readylift/cognito upper arms.. no need to replace the stock lower. same track width with increased travel due to the uniball..

This kit widens the front by 2.5" per side and eliminates the swaybar, if you want stock width they sell what they call a CHASE KIT, it just replaces the upper aarm, and replaces the front coils with kings.

I got the prerunner kit and had to replace the fenders to make room for the 35" tires because of all the increased travel, i also had the option of cutting like 3" of the stock front bumper but decided to buy their valance bumper and sell the stock one

mazzulla UCA says:

  • Install requires trimming the factory upper arm droop stop! I don't know what it means but I want the kit to be reversible to stock and it costs $999. they claim it gives the truck 8.5" wheel travel for the 4WD

CAMBURG didn't say anything about trimming! and didn't mention the wheel travel. it costs $699

readylift $800 and did not mention the wheel travel!

It is difficult to choose! I can't decide which one is the best for maximizing wheel travel while maintaining stock appearance and got reversible to stock feature too.

the droop stop is just a tab to stop the factory arm from over extending and breaking the ball joint. you will have to remove this for all aftermarket arms. the travel is pretty much identical between them all. camburg is a bit cheaper because its a tubular arm instead of being boxed like the others. Personally id go with camburg because they are very reputable and I live down the street from them.

Hopefully I get the correct parts ;)
