front fender liner rubbing at full lock 2014 GMC Sierra OEM 20s

I was wondering if anybody is having this problem. I don't remember it rubbing the past year and I have put 45k miles on it already. It started rubbing the last few weeks at full lock when parking or leaving a parking spot. A few weeks ago I had a dealer change the axle boot and not sure if they may have pulled on it or took it off and warped it as it looks bowed out compared to the driver side. I dont know why they would take it off unless they needed to access the strut tower. Here are a couple pictures.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
