CD changer

Possibly, but the radios would have to have the changer capability and similar cabling/ports to do it.

 

If you have to figure out how to match wiring it may take some expertise and may not be worth the effort/cost.

 

Instead an investment in a newer aftermarket radio that supports a USB stick could allow you to load as much music as you want and avoid carrying the CD's.

 

Use a computer and music software to 'rip' your CD's to MP3 files.

you would have to find one that is made for your head unit.................like he said above use mp3 and not worry about cds. cd changers are bad to fail. I just Bluetooth my phone and have all mp3s on my phone. head unit is a kenwood dnx690hd
