33's or 35's on coilovers?

So I purchased Icon 2.5 diameter coilovers, and Cognito UCA's to go with them. In addition I picked up some 17x8.5 Methods with a 4.75 backspace and 285 70 17 BFG KO2's. I am now debating whether I want to stick with the safe bet of 285 70 17, or attempt 35x12.5. I'm willing to go/considering fiberglass fenders with 3 inches of widening and a new bumper so that clearance wouldn't be an issue. The coil overs go up to 3 inches of lift, but that lessens travel and I would likely then drop the diff. Just looking for some opinions of people who have attempted similar or have experience in that. Thanks!

35s will rub at the cab, not the fender. you can get away with minor trimming and not going full ham into driveways, but they will occasionally rub while backing up and turning into driveways. I have 33s with kings and they rub at full lock in reverse. I will be stepping up to 35s in the future and ill trim as needed. you may also need to minor trim the front bumper/valence if you still have it.

Any updates? This is the exact same setup/situation I'm considering. I'd really like to run 315/70R17 KO2's (34.4x12.7).
