Power locks and windows

I have a 2003 Silverado and I think that it had manual windows at one time, but now it has after market power windows. I got some door panels and the wiring harness out of a truck I don't know what year it was but close to mine. I plugged everything in and then went to test the switches and nothing works. Now before I did this the truck just had the power windows hooked up to power and after market switches I believe. I cant get the windows or locks to work at all. What can I do I want to set up like factory power windows and locks with out the aftermarket wiring.

1. Check the fuse box under the hood ( Driver side on the inner fender well, big square black box) for MISSING fuses in the spots for these options

2. Also check the fuse "panel" Drivers side of dash as the door is open, its a triangle pry off cover. check for missing fuses here'

3. this assumes your truck had ALL the accessory wiring for these items, Some WT models Do have the wiring

Check no blown fusses or possible spots to put fuses. What can i do to make it work if it didnt originally have power windows?

does it have the truck side harness installed? what did you "plug into"?

Just pluged onto the side where the fuses are. I got to lookin at it today and the old one that pluged in had the wires into different spors

There could be a bigger square fuse that runs the whole accy bank, and its in the black box under hood drivers side, it could be missing, olook carefully at the Lid of that box
