Issue with the infotainment screen on my 2014 Sierra.

Since new my 2014 Sierra has a glitch in the infotainment system related to placing hands free callls. It has been to the dealer and they reloaded the software but there has been no change. When I place a call from the steering wheel the voice askes for a command. I say "call so and so". The voice repeats my command I acknoledge and the call is place. Without exception I am listening to an XM station at the time the call is placed. Once the call is picked up the infotainment screen switches from the music screen to the phone screen. Once the call is completed I press the Hang Up button on the steering wheel. At this point the call is canceled and the radio station returns but the phone screen on the infotainment system does not clear. There is no way I have found to clear this screen from the steering wheel. It will clear by pressing the music icon on the infotainment system. I thought it might have something to do with my windows phone and have paired the system with an IPhone and both react the same. Is this a stand alone issue or do all 2014 Sierra systems act this way? Thanks for reading.

Well from my trip to the dealer a couple weeks ago for another issue with mylink I brought up the same question and was told it was normal. I recently got rid of my iPhone 6s because I was having tons of issues with mylink and got a Samsung s6. Granted a lot of my issues are gone with the new phone but still have some.

After a week of back and forth from the dealer and updated software to the radio the same thing happened. They came to the conclusion that it is working as designed. Lucky me!

Just like the truck suspension, no doubt.
