Question for all my GM techs out there.....

So I made a booboo this weekend. I was running a length of 12ga speaker cable into my front doors through factory wiring harness. Anyways, it's a PITA, in order to give me the greatest access to the front right door harness, I disconnected and removed the fuse panel located there. Long story short, I now have an airbag warning, and all the electric items in the door are no longer responding (door lock, mirror, windows). It wasn't until after I pulled the panel did I realize I shouldn't have done that, since it didn't help with any more room to work in the second place....

I am thinking it's just a matter of reprogramming by my local gm shop. What do you think?

you wont need to reprogram anything. something is either not plugged in or a pin got bent over when disconnecting and re connecting something. I would just go thru and double check everything you did. An air bag light will clear as soon as the fault is no longer present.

Nope, no bent pins. Although there is a yellow headed male plug behind the fuse panel that is not plugged into anything. I searched high and low thinking I unplugged it from something, but there are no other cables not connected. Is there an airbag sensor in the door? I am thinking it's the door jam connector not seating correctly.
