Hey folks,

Been lurking for a while, made a couple of posts, now it's time to introduce.

I'm a mechnical engineer who works on gas turbines by day, but always looks forward to playing on the toys at night.

Lots of good info on this site. Sometimes hard to seperate opinion from fact, but I like to see string of opinions as the truth generally comes out. Or you get real life experience vs. back of package propoganda.

Own a 96 4 dr. 2WD Yukon that has been lowered and painted, a few go fast goodies (headers, intake, chip) on the engine but with only 60K miles on the clock the guts of the engine remains stock.

Once the current engine tires a bit more, then the real build up will occur.

Also own a wakeboard boat that is also the victim of constant tweeking. Added a 1000 W stereo to the boat last summer and spend my weekends tearing up lakes in central alberta.

Whether it's turning wrenches, installing stereos or putting on the next coat of wax, it's all good.

Usually check out the site a couple of times a week to see what's new. Again top notch job on it.
