Metro, did you get the 2014 GMC Sierra specific kit for the LED headlights or did you just get the 9012 bulbs from xenon depot? Also, did you end up getting the canbus fix and using it? In the LED Headlight mod thread, there is some discussion about whether or not it is required and the response is mixed. One more thing - how did aligning the LEDs to the 3 and 9 position go? On the xenon depot site, it looks like the bulbs have a feature built in to allow different clocking. Thanks

Yes, I got the 2014 GMC Sierra kit. I did also use the CANBUS fix or "Warning Cancellers". On an SLE they ARE needed. On an SLT they are NOT needed, due to the led strip in the housing being the DRL and not the actual headlights.

 

Clocking the LED bulb is easy. There is adjustment in the bulb housing.

So I went ahead and bumped up to 35's (35x12.5r17). I have 3.5" lift and it only rubs VERY LITTLE at full lock. Just need to trim the inner fender carpet liner a bit. Wheels are 17x9 with 4.5" backspacing (-12 offset)

Well, it's been a long time since I have updated this, but there have been a few updates. I got rear ended by a Civic doing 60km/h while I was stopped at a red light. So I got a new colour matched rear bumper from that deal. I also installed a black Denali grill as well as smoked lens tow mirrors.
