help with installing alarm

i am installing a CS-2001FC  Gargoyle crimestopper alarm. i have it arming and dearming. but i don't know how to hook it up to the locks. i have also tried to hook it up to my parking lights but when i dearm it they stay on. so any help please. this is for a 2001 chevy silverado.  :chevy:
