Cluster and center screen issue

[79chevy]

I have a 2016 silverado z71 and the cluster says blacked out and needles jump but no functions to control the radio and no reading to be able to drive. Happens randomly I was only seeing it happen on Sundays but I have started seeing it happen randomly through the week now. Any ideas would be appreciated. Called dealer and they haven't seen or heard anything about issue. Added video to show issue. Thanks

Holy cow, that can't be good! Lol on the bright side though I'd say you're safe cause you at least have a video if something else worse happens. Have you unhooked the battery or checked all the connections and fuses?
