Brand new, never installed still in box. Website I ordered it from said it fit my 2016 Sierra 2500HD with the 6.0 engine and it does not. The sensor hole is different. All i did was un pack it, then pack it back up. Part # is AA-202-280. Fits 2015 2500HD, not sure of year range. Look it up on Realtruck.com for fit and specs. Its a dry filter.

 

New its over $400, would like at least half back so $200 takes it. Will ship at your cost.
