There is actually a product call "Black Streak Remover". It works great. I think Most Rv centers have it, and Walmart sometimes carries it. Also Check the link below for more information.

I use Simple Green in a large bucket of water. For more heavily streaked areas, I put full strength Simple Green in a Spray bottle and spray the affected area.

Make it look like new. Of course, mine is 30' long so I don't do it too often, may be twice a year??

:D What kind of black streaks and on what?

They're talking about the black streaks on the sides of walled trailers from water running off the roof and down the sides. I guess it's caused by road dust/air pollution that sits on the top and gets washed down the sids when it rains. Really makes a light colored trailer look sh*tty.

I just use Castrol engine degreaser mixed in water and a car washing sponge. Wash it down and spray it off. Problem is that it just comes back after a trip of two.

I buy "black streak remover" at Walmart. It works very well... Sonme people use a mixture of bleach and water, but I haven't tried it yet...

I wax my trailer in the areas of the black streaks, right after I take them off, and it looks good and the streaks just wash of for about a year...
