Frame Hard high center

A few weeks ago I was up in ruidoso and was driving in parking lot pitch dark attempting to cross over to an adjacent parking lot divided by a log. My head light beam sitting high did not illuminate that the adjacent parking lot was a 3 foot drop off and drove over the log at an angle driver side first and dropped hard onto frame just behind the idea step mounting stud below driver door middle. Had to go into 4low to reverse out bending the stud a little. Only thing I've noticed since is steering wheel is of center to passenger side about half an inch when straight and a slight pull to the left. I lifted my truck and could see any real damage other than the stud and some scuffing on the driver side frame. Any thoughts or opinions
