2013 aftermarket headlight assemblies troubleshooting

Just recently bought some new head lights for my 2013 1500 Z71 LTZ. They have pre installed LED headlights in them already. All of the lights except the loan beams work. I tried installing capacitors/resistors didn't work. I tried pulling the DRL fuses. Made sure they were plugged in ground to ground/power to power and so fourth. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Here is a link to the headlights

Looking at the description, these should have H1 LED bulbs. LED's are polarity sensitive, Make sure the +(pos) and - (neg) are in the correct positions on the bulbs. I have run into cases where the harness connectors are wired opposite from the vehicle connectors.
