2001 GMC 2500 6.0 Litre Starter Bolt Stuck

Hi Everyone

I'm working on the above truck, removing the starter, the passenger side bolt is stuck and I don't want to break it off. I've hit it with a pretty powerful cordless impact but no luck. Any advice before I take a breaker bar to it? I think I broke one before doing that and I don't want to do it again. I'm thinking penetrating oil, air hammer on the bolt, heat, etc. Love to hear someone tell me an easy and effective way to remove this without breaking the head off. Thanks!

Ingersoll Rand air impact how got mine on my 2002. Give it a snug than loosen?

Thank you, I have tried to tighten it first. It didn't help

I ended up using a breaker bar to crack it free after some penetrating oil, then a cordless impact to back it out. Thank God, no broken bolt!
