98 Silverado 350- crank no start

Hello everyone. Looking for a little help here.

 

My truck has been sitting outside for about 3 weeks and the weak battery finally died. I put a new battery in and now I have a crank no start issue. The fuel pump is about 3 months old and is coming on with key. I have tested spark at cyl #1 and have spark. Last night I jumped the fuel pump relay and oil pressure switch, both allowed pump to continue to run, but truck still does not start.The truck started and ran fine prior to sitting. Has anyone had a similar issue or have an idea where to go next.
