2016 2500hd "meow noise"

Hey all,

 

I just joined the forum, I've been lurking on here as a guest. Quick question, I have a 2016 2500hd with 6.0 under the hood. I have this strange "meow" noise when it shifts in the first few gears. Its not constant and the dealer told me they could not find any odd noises. It sounds like I have a small turbo letting off when it does it.

forgot to note, it seems like its coming from the passenger side..like a 1-2 second meow, or whistle I guess
