Fan control power issue/no door chime

Hey guys,

 

I have a 2014 Silverado 1500 with a 7'6" fisher hat installed. About two months ago I brought it to my dealer to do the plow harness recall for the power issue problems they are known for. Today I was using my truck to plow my driveway and now I don't have any door chime and my fan control does not work as well. Every light on the dash is on including the fan control but when I go to turn the heat on with the fan control knob it just says off. Could this be an issue with the plow harness recall not installed right or could this be a bigger issue. I had a friend who had roughly the same issue with his 15 with limited function with dash lights, radio noise and door chime and the dealer told him they had to reprogram his radio. Does any of this sound familiar? Thanks guys!
