2015 Yukon Rear license plate bulbs

2015 Yukon. I swapped out factory bulbs with LED's. One bulb was flickering so I replaced both. New LED bulbs not working. I confirmed new bulbs are good. Which fuse(s) do I need to check? Thanks

this sounds strange, but take the bulbs out and rotate them (180 degrees) and put them back in. I had the same problem with my wives 16 Tahoe. then as an added bonus you will now receive messages from OnStar telling you that you have bulbs that have failed.
