Intergrated Chatroon

With this forum upgrade, we now have the option of getting an integrated chatroom. This is nice, becuase it would use the members database from the forum, and would 100% integrate with the forum.

 

The downside? Its $135 a YEAR.

 

Which, really isn't too much, but i don't want to spent money that doesn't need to be spent.. sooo...

 

Do you guys really think this would be a worthwhile feature?

I'll refrain from voting at this time but I do believe it may be smart to put this in the general public and see how people respond to it before spending the money.

 

Our last chat room was good for a couple of months and then basically dead.It might be a waste to just jumping on it without checking for public interest first.

I say yes. But Everytime that I go to a chatroom no one is there. So it will really be up to us. Heck if it doesn't last Charge each member there percent.

It's been months since I've been to the chatroom. Just havn't had the time after checking the forums.

I have only been to the chatrooms twice since I registered and each time there wasn't anyone there. I probably wouldn't use it anyway since most of the time I get on GM-TC it is at work and work blocks chatrooms with a firewall. Kinda sucks but you get used to it I guess.

Maybe if it was advertised more, more of the members would come to chat. $135 is quite a bit of money, so I am hesitant to say yes because I do not know if other members would use it.

Would be worth it if it was used, but just about everytime I went in the old chatroom it was empty, except when it was an advertised chat. Just have to wait and see how many people say yes, but if it is less than so many percent of the group I would say spend the money on something else.

I have not been in the chatroom since I joined. I don't think it worked and if it did there was noone in there!

I've been in there before and there was noone in there most the time .
