2013 - 2014 Sierra front end conversion

Hello everyone. Im super new to the forum so please be gentle. I have a 2013 GMC Sierra SLE and was recently in a head on collision.(everyone is fine) But now have to rebuild. I wanted to know if anyone here has attempted placing the 2014-2017 front end on a later model like mine and can provide any information at all. Would appreciate. Apologies if this topic exists already.

Seen a few GMT 900 to K2 done. Seen a GMT 800 conversion once for sale on CL. Have not done it myself. Looks fairly simple,

Is there a way i can find out if the frame is the same? I was thinking maybe parts i would need would be;

*Hood

*Grill

*Fenders

*Headlights

*Radiator support

*Fog lamps....

I wouldn't do it, the 2014 GMC headlights are horrendous, I was so glad to get rid of mine because I couldn't see a dang thing at night. It's a very well documented issue with 2014&15 GMC Sierra's and Silverado's with projector beam headlights.
