Caliper Torque Specs for 2014 Sierra 2500HD

Does anyone have the torque specs for the front caliper slide pins and bracket for my 2014 Sierra 2500HD (6.0 Flex)?

Caliper bracket to knuckle bolts are 221 ft.lbs.

 

The pins are not removed from the bracket per GM service procedure. They used to call for that originally, but revised it. You leave those alone and separate the bracket from the caliper.

 

Spec however for the guide pins is 77 ft.lbs.

Thank you. I thought that was the case. As it turns out, both front brackets were seized to the calipers and I thought if I could separate them I could grease the pins. In the end I purchased remanufactured calipers and bracket assemblies and installed those. I torqued the brackets to 221#.

 

The truck has 140,000 miles on it and I'm wondering if the prior owner just threw pads on and never separated them to grease them up. Is it common for calipers and caliper brackets to fuse like that?

If the PO never cleaned anything in there ever? You bet. We see it all the time up here in NY (winter road treatment).
