99 tahoe 4L60e swap into a 03 tahoe...

I have a 03 2wd 4.8L tahoe that won't shift into 3rd and have a 99 4wd 5.7L tahoe ...

Need to know if I can swap the 99 into 03 without modify, or use internals out of 99 to replace 03 in 03... I still drive the 03 have to work but it ain't gonna last much longer... not much money to work with...

I posted in the transmission section, I ain't got much money, an the transmission in my 03 2wd 4.8L tahoe won't shift past 2nd, I still drive it cause I have to get to work, I have a 99 4wd 5.7L tahoe that has a bad engine but good transmission... wanten to know if my 99 trans will work in my 03 an if needed what modifications are needed, or if it would be easier so I don't need to modify, if I could use internals from my 99 in my 03...

I'm used to old school trucks these newer ones I'm learnen...
