2010 Chevy Silverado infamous tick!!!

Hello my fellow GM members, I'm at wits end trying to find out what our where this tick is from.

 

Looked on many forums and people say it's a lifter but this doesn't sound like a lifter.

 

Current specs of truck.

2010 Chevy Silverado ltz 4x4

5.3 v8

AFM disabled through Diablo tuner.

 

If anyone have any tips or pointers to put me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I know I stated on the video the sound doesn't increase but it does slightly.

Try changing just oil filter. My 2013 got a loud knock from down in that area. After an oil change it went away and i opened filter to find bypass valve opened. After going to gmc dealer to discuss this and the truck was as silent as could be. I changed oil with full synthetic and purolator one filter. Mechanic recommended putting acdelco filter back on so i did and the knock came back but not as loud and not consistent. I am thinking of swapping back to p-1 to see if it stops. I posted up video with sound while ago.
