Confused on which inner rocker panel to buy!

I have a 1994 Ext Cab longbox and looking at replacing the outer ext cab body panel. I am assuming there is a inner panel that would meet the outer panel at the bottom. when cutting and welding the outer panel in. I have attached a copy of common suppliers diagram of the replacement panels as well as a picture of my rusted panel. I am assuming I need #9 or #10 on the diagram. My question, the outer ext cab panel is 28" wide and the door is about 47" wide, why are the inner rocker panels 41" and 45"?, and which one am I supposed to order. I would think the inner panel should be 28" wide, nit 41" or 45". Thanks

I think they got the B (third door) and A mixed up.

the photo looks like a RH letter B (third door truck)?

it is a very simple setup. Dig right in, remove back panel. I went stainless to repair ugly.. but not as far decayed as your photo.

once those spots are open, they never survive with new panels... leave some sneaky openings, get some paint inside.

previous owner on my truck smothered below the rear tray in undercoating... I had guessed a leak from window or even third brake.

I also found B-pillar for the big doors is rather wimpy.. I added some compression spots (dabs of weld) and on the door pin washer.
