Hard 1-2 shift

Hey guys, new to the forum. I have the 4l60e transmission and it shifts hard from 1st to 2nd, it's worse when it's cold, and I hear a clunk on the 2nd to 3rd shift but is smooth. So far I have

Cleaned throttle body and MAF sensor

Done 3 fluid and filter changes

Replaced the 1-2 accumulator

And the A and B solenoid

The transmission doesn't slip or have trouble going into gear and I've heard it could be the TPS but I don't have any codes. I could really use some advice. Im out of ideas. If you think it could be the throttle position sensor or the accelerator position sensor how could I test that. Any suggestions are really appreciated

Check resistance with an analog multimeter. With the engine off as you slowly move the throttle from idle to full blast you're looking for a smooth sweep with no spikes or dead spots.

At the tps or the pedal? Any idea which wires there's 6 on the tps

Sounds like the valve body in the transmission. I’ve seen this happen with  a 99.5 with a 4L60. Some scanners will pull a code even when there is no light on!
