Change center/jump seat

i'm trying to swap my jump seat that does not have the lower storage area to one that does. Getting the seat out is no problem (4 bolts), but disconnecting the USB and 110 are the challenge. Is it easier to:

1) disconnect under the passenger seat (do i have to take that seat out?) or

2) plug into the connections in the seat? How easy is it to pull the seat fittings apart?

I have the wiring for both seats. Thx

i finished this up and figured i'd post in case someone is curious down the road. The passenger seat does not need to be removed. You can reach them with the seat slid all the way back or forward. It's a bit of a hassle to unplug the connections, especially the 110 connector,

I found having the seat back was ultimately the easiest. The connectors have fittings on the top that need to be released and then they can slide apart. I had to use pliers ultimately to get the larger 110 apart as i couldn't get enough of a grip under the seat.

Once they were undone, it's a piece of cake to fit the new ones together and bolt it down. Lovin the extra storage now.

Thanks for the perfectly timed info as I'm about to do the exact same swap!
