Okay...so based on some posts and help from you guys, heres what I've come up with. I need to replace the following:

Catalytic Converter

O2 Sensor

Cap and Rotor

Air Filter - K&N??

Rear Drums turned

What can I expect to spend for all this stuff?? I think Auto Zone will turn drums for like $6 or $8 a drum, and I've talked with a local muffler shop, and they will do Cat for like $150 (If I remember correctly). I don't know about Cap and Rotor and O2. Can I do them myself?? Are the parts expensive??

Your catalytic converter has a ten year warranty from GM. If it really needs replaced take it to the dealer.

you can do the O2 sensors yourself, too. They should last 100K miles. They cost about $85 each (there are 4), and I'm not sure that you need to replace all of them. I got a code on my truck that AutoZone read for free and it was the O2 sensor. AutoZone will also give you a loaner tool to remove and install the O2 sensors.

The 94 will only have 1 O2 sensor upstream of the cat. Didn't see the first post but what was the basis of the recommendation for changing the cat ? Would not replace unless needed... by huge decrease in performance and all other systems working properly. Ifd you haven't have any fuel related problems (bas gas) over the life of the truck, expect the cat to be ok.

My thoughts anyway.

Cap and rotor will be around $40. If you have a Pep Boys or Checker/Kragen get an Accel cap and rotor. They're have brass terminals and is about $30. Just mark where each spark plug wire goes and do them one at a time.

ah...cat is bad. Makes noise and rattles pretty good when the truck is in gear...heh. Guess I shoulda taken care of that already. Thanks everyone for the help.
