Wondering if there is any way to enhance the sound of the stock exhaust without redoing the whole exhaust with something new? Is there anything that can be added to make it alittle more louder than stock like the borla touring exhaust or no?

FYI, you don't make exhaust louder by adding to it. You have to take something away from the restrictive stock system. easiest thing you can do it cut out the factory muffler and install a high flow muffler. There are many manufacturers that you could buy as low as $100. You can install with some cheap clamps, or do a quality install and buy pre-fabbed pipe or have a shop custom weld it in for you. Options are endless, as tnchevy said.
