Front bumper license plate filler part number

I have a 2017 Denali 2500 cali truck that came with a front license plate. I've seen other trucks that have a chrome filler in place of my license plate holder.

 

Does anybody have the part number for this filler?

If you already tried to Google that part and still can't find it, I would call the dealer service center, get the part # and price, then go online to see if you can get it cheaper..
