Fibre glass hardcover questions

I couldn't find anything that's directly for this topic

So I been waiting to find a 3 piece hardcover for my box at a good price. I found a fibre glass one for a steal.

 

Is there any down falls to it? (other then if you have to stand something up you must take the cover off)

Weight, cost and you have to take it off for large objects.

My truck came with one when I purchased it, love how everything is sealed but very inconvenient when moving things around. I will be taking it off and selling it as soon as I can. Moving larger items is a hassle, I move a quad and taller than the bed items often.
