2004 Silverado 1500. Overnight battery seems to lose power. Cranking is hard but will crank.  Check for amperage drain setting on 200m amps. Reads about 10 for about 10 sec drops to .5 then clears to 000.00 sometime I can drive and cranks sluggish rund ruff few sec in clears up. Any ideas whst to do

Hook up meter.

Pull fuses to find what circuit has a drain.

Start looking for drain on that circuit.

I did that and it's not showing any drain after 10 sec.

If the drain goes away after 10 sec. then it's some thing else.

How old is the starter?

Never had to replace it.  Not sure before I owned it. But it has been tested and all was good.  I wondering about the tbc I do get a reading on both sides of the fuse holder
