Fox 2.0 IFP Question/Issue after installing

I know there a million threads dedicated to this setup- but my question is more related to anyone who already has this setup. 

I had these installed on my truck recently (front coilovers set to +2" and rear shocks) and noticed a slight back and forth rocking when the truck is settling in after coming to a complete stop. The truck only has 30,000 miles on it, so it's not due to otherwise worn suspension components. Never had this issue before the Fox shocks either. It does feel similar to a vehicle with blown shocks- although the ride otherwise is excellent. Is this a tuning/adjustment issue I need to make with these things? Has anyone else experienced this? I know they are valved specific to the application so I'm not sure what I can really do. Any insight or similar experience would be great. I contacted Fox directly and I'm waiting for feedback.
