How to unlock a theft locked screen on a 2014 Silverado upgraded to NG 2.5 HMI?

Do you know how it got locked? Was the hmi from another truck and you plugged it into your truck?

Im having this same problem when upgrading my HMI to the Navigation one, my radio is now theft locked. Any suggestions?

Yeah. The radio has to be sent back and theft lock removed.  No other way. My hmi theft locked 3 times. I still have audio issues but ONLY when the 2.5 hmi is installed.  Getting the body control module updated tomorrow by the dealer because I just think the truck doesnt like the new 2.5 stuff.
