6.2 engine noises

ive got a 2016 chevy crewcab with the 6.2 liter engne last week the engine started rattling on top end real bad only 93000 kms on truck took it to dealership they tore it down and replaced a lifter and a push rod on it took it home and did a 1000km road trip and noticed a tapping sound in bottom end sounds like a small tap every couple seconds and it is intermittent also on cold start it sometimes sounds like bearings in bottom end are real noisy took it back to dealership and they could not hear the noise so bring it home and no sooner get home 1 km from dealership and the tap sound comes back so take it right back to dealership service advisor hears tap sound goes to get mechanic sound quits so now it is at the shop again and it seems that they are just driving it and leaving it idle to see if it repeats noise again the truck is also using some oil after the bent valve issue used 1/2 liter of oil in 1000 kms and dealership didn't think that was a issue seems like I'm getting screwed over
